My Philosophy
I believe that self-care is essential to living a happy, healthy life. That's why we offer a variety of spa services designed to help you relax, rejuvenate, and unwind. My goal is to provide a peaceful and tranquil environment where you can leave your worries behind and focus on yourself.
Expertise
I have been in the wellness and beauty industry for over 25 years. I hold the CIDESCO international aesthetics diploma, & specialize in skincare treatments and relaxation massages. Although I have many years of experience, I have the heart of a student, always investing in my ongoing growth, expansion, and continued education.
I have been offering reflexology for over 20 years. Through the reflexology association, I am a registered Canadian reflexology therapist. RCRT I am incredibly passionate about helping people to find ease and comfort as they navigate their healing journey. I have been taking a deep dive into energetics of the body through Reiki, as well as the healing power that sound and vibrations have on the body.
I recently completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at Nirmana school of Yoga, and plan on continuing with my 300 hour training this coming year.
